I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. They are always very professional, polite and their response time is excellent!! We have also never had any major issues with shipments and if there was ever any, they address and fix it immediately. The drivers are always a pleasure to work with as well. I would definitely recommend Jung Express to anybody!

Only had great luck with this company. We've used them for emergency courier deliveries multiple times from WI to MI and now other states. The thing I find the most useful is they give you updates/tracking so you don't have to bother dispatch or the driver to get that information. Used other courier services and they don't have that. So you're paying for a guy to stay at the shop because you have no clue when the driver will show up. Not the case with Jung Express.
